Shipping. Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. We communicate with our vendors daily to make sure every product blank is available for printing. Fulfillment takes 2–5 business days to create your product(s) from your order date. We ship worldwide with average shipping times 4-21 days after fulfilment. US customers can typically expect fulfillment and delivery within 10-14 days. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns. Please be aware that all sales are final. Products are printed after you place your order. Due to the fulfillment process, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review your order before confirming your purchase to ensure you are satisfied with your selection, and to review the description and sizing chart for each item.

Refunds. Our Return Policy does not apply if the product is defective or damaged. If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, contact us within 10 days of delivery for assistance, and we will replace the product at no cost to you or provide a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original packaging.
